Roasted Turkey Breast

  • Roasted turkey breast is a classic Easter dish that is both delicious and allergy-safe. This dish is easy to prepare and can be paired with a variety of allergy-friendly sides. To make roasted turkey breast, preheat your oven to 325°F. Rinse and pat dry a 4-5 lb turkey breast and place it in a roasting pan. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Garlic Roasted Potatoes

  • Garlic roasted potatoes are a delicious and easy side dish that is both allergy-safe and flavorful. To make garlic roasted potatoes, preheat your oven to 375°F. Cut 2 lbs of potatoes into small cubes and toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.

Sautéed Green Beans

  • Sautéed green beans are a fresh and simple side dish that is both allergy-safe and healthy. To make sautéed green beans, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 lb of trimmed green beans and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Berry Salad

  • A fresh and colorful berry salad is a great allergy-safe side dish that is perfect for Easter dinner. To make a berry salad, toss together 4 cups of mixed berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries - watermelon if you can find it is amazing in this salad. Add 1/4 cup of chopped fresh mint and 1 tablespoon of honey. Toss to combine and serve chilled over dairy free coconut cream or even your favorite lettuce.

Chocolate Avocado Mousse with Double Chocolate Cookie Crumble

  • For a delicious and allergy-safe dessert, try making chocolate avocado mousse. To make chocolate avocado mousse, blend together 2 ripe avocados, 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, and 1/4 cup of honey. Blend until smooth and creamy. Chill for at least 2 hours, or until set. Serve with fresh berries and crumbled Allergy Smart Double Chocolate Cookies!
