Packed lunch served cold:

  1. Turkey and avocado sandwich on gluten-free bread with a side of fresh fruit.
  2. Chicken salad lettuce wraps with sliced cucumber and carrot sticks.
  3. Rice or Quinoa salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and black beans, dressed with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Bento box with hummus, rice crackers, sliced cucumber, baby carrots, and grapes.
  5. Sushi rolls made with cucumber, avocado, and thinly slice carrots, served with gluten-free soy sauce.
  6. Dairy-free yogurt with sliced banana and gluten-free granola.

Hot Lunch Ideas:

  1. Turkey and vegetable soup with gluten-free crackers on the side.
  2. Black bean and sweet potato tacos on gluten-free tortillas, with a side of corn chips and salsa.
  3. Grilled chicken breast with roasted sweet potato wedges and steamed broccoli.
  4. Beef and vegetable stir-fry served over rice noodles.
